As i wasn't going to the hospital tonight, i decided to go to church meeting, just as i was about to leave, jenny rang, she had iliana as i couldn't do my usual thursday stint. And Tracy rang to say a friend had gone into labour and she was going with her. So Bob collected Iliana for us to have her overnight.
Well, when i put Iliana bed, i gave her a teddy, but she was petrified of it, so after i took it off her i left her she cried for about 2 minutes and went to sleep that was most satisfactory.

Good Day
This afternoon we had Iliana for tea she was dressed in dungarees, just like her dad used to be at her age, she looked the spitting image of him at her agewith her fair hair, round cheeks and dungarees :), she was a pleasure but mischievous. She enjoys playing with the shapesorter, feeding the ducks and being read to.

Quiet Day
I have been most unhappy and unsettled since last nights Brownie Meeting, Sue always seems to belittle me and leaves me feeling anxious, i really do not want to go to brownies next week, oh what is the answer.
Today i spent stitching the Norfolk Windmill pattern, this afternoon Iliana came and spoke to her Dad, we went for a walk and she fell over trying to escape from me, then she fed the ducks with Sophie, Sophie ran from them and Iliana chased them.
Overall a quiet and lonely day. I do not feel too good, my head is throbbing and i have heart burn today probably due to my poor diet.
I would have liked to have gone to Dylan's sports day today, but didn't feel i could walk that far, it is often a struggled living here without transport i miss so much, i can't do anything Friday or Sat night, and often during the day. I should go and see Mum more, but it is so difficult being transportless.
Tonight i should have gone to Church Meeting but, due to lack of transport and Jen and Andy needing it for beavers, i missed it, it did seem strange not going.
So instead i watched a DVD from Lovefilm, I watched CSI Miami, Season 8, Disk 2.
I got this because i have wanted to watch CSI: Trilogy for some time and on this disk is Part 1 Bone Voyage of the Trilogy.
Dude, Where's my Groom
Bone Voyage
The CSI: Trilogy linked all three CSI television shows for the very first time in a three part story. The seventh episodes of the 2009–2010 season had continuing stories with Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Raymond Langston in all three. The episodes were the CSI: Miami episode "Bone Voyage" broadcast on November 9, the CSI: NY episode "Hammer Down" broadcast on November 11 and the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode "The Lost Girls" broadcast on November 12. In the story, Raymond's search for a lost girl turns into a race as it is discovered she is part of a black market human trafficking ring and has been forced to become a surrogate mother as she goes from Miami, to New York and Las Vegas, enabling him to work with the other CSIs to find her.

What an awful day!!
First thing this morning Jan rang up Sophie wasn't coping on guide camp and she was fine during the day but during the night was disruptive and a serious problem, so after work Bob went to Huntingdon to collect her.
Had a call from Tracy Illiana has got a burnt arm as she pulled some tea over it.
And i am in terrible pain with my left arm again!!
Steven had a doctors appointement and they upped his anti depressants and gave him a sick note for 2 weeks, he is worried about how that will go down at work.

What a day!
Bob collected Ili today at 9am to take her to Peterborough to meet Micheal, to spend the week with him, but on the way Hana parents car broke down on the A43 at Brackley with a broken fan belt, they called out the AA, by this time Bob was near Peterborough so he went to see his friend Adam. Problem was he had to get to work by 2pm. So it was obvious car wasn't going to get sorted on time, so Bob turned round and came home with Ili.
After giving Ili her lunch and having a sleep he took Ili to Jens for the afternoon on the way to work, and Jen looked after her this afternoon.
During the day had numerous phone calls, Kira was useless as she had been partying last night, had umpteen calls from Micheal, Jude was admitted to hospital for a check up.
I got home from work, did some sorting out and discovered Bob had not put up the cot, so tried to put it up, with the assistance of 4 adults of the Smith Clan to no avail, then Micheal rang and he talked me through putting it up.
In the meantime Ili just caused chaos where ever she ventured, Boy was i glad when she went to bed and i could collapse shattered.

Micheal and Hana
On Monday 11th July, it was Micheal and Hanas last day here, so we took a series of photos of them and Iliana.
Then on Tuesday 12th July 2012 we left to take Micheal to Banbury
At Peterborough we stopped at the Xtra services and had a McDonalds
We arrived in 3hrs 10mins about 11.30am, and enjoyed Sandwiches and cupcakes and a cup of tea made by Hanas Mum.
Hanas mum treated them to a new bed
We left about 12.30am.
I swore i wouldn't shed a tear but as we drove down the road, i started to fill up and shed a few tears.

To Stand To Blow and To Engage
Today I sat Ili in a box and she stood up for the first time on her own.
Today is Sophies 11th Birthday for her birthday we bought Sophie,
as she had guides we went down to Jens around 4pm to surprise Sophie on her birthday, we had a nice simple buffet tea.
Sophie had Guides on her birthday and went with her new Guide Bear I bought her.
Micheal today all of a sudden had heard that the Engagement ring he had ordered for Hana had arrived so he rushed off into Kings Lynn to get it, very much in secret (sssshhhhh although i guessed), and when he came back he banished Hana and cooked her a special candlelit meal, all very romantic.

We've got Ily!!
Tracy has been diagnosed with Impetigo, so we have Ily for the next 24 hours as it is highly contagious.
Impetigo /ɪmpɨˈtaɪɡoʊ/ is a highly contagious bacterial skin infection most common among pre-school children.[1] People who play close contact sports such as rugby, American football and wrestling are also susceptible, regardless of age. Impetigo is not as common in adults. The name derives from the Latin impetere ("assail"). It is also known as school sores.[2]
Good hygiene practices can help prevent impetigo from spreading. Those who are infected should use soap and water to clean their skin and take baths or showers regularly. Non-infected members of the household should pay special attention to areas of the skin that have been injured, such as cuts, scrapes, insect bites, areas of eczema, and rashes. These areas should be kept clean and covered to prevent infection. In addition, anyone with impetigo should cover the impetigo sores with gauze and tape. All members of the household should wash their hands thoroughly with soap regularly. It is also a good idea for everyone to keep their fingernails cut short to make hand washing more effective. Contact with the infected person and his or her belongings should be avoided, and the infected person should use separate towels for bathing and hand washing. If necessary, paper towels can be used in place of cloth towels for hand drying. The infected person's bed linens, towels, and clothing should be separated from those of other family members, as well. Whilst suffering from impetigo, it is best to stay indoors for a few days to stop any bacteria from getting into the blisters and making the infections worse. When a person has impetigo, it is common for them to get it a second time in the space of 6–9 months. This usually occurs in people aged 12–16.
Hydrogen peroxide is an alternative to topical antibiotics in the treatment of Impetigo. In a cream formulation hydrogen peroxide 1% is stabilized, thereby avoiding fast degradation with the result of prolonged antimicrobial effect and effective treatment. Hydrogen peroxide has been shown to be as effective as antibiotics in the treatment of Impetigo Contagiosa.

Diagnosis
Impetigo generally appears as honey-colored scabs formed from dried serum, and is often found on the arms, legs, or face.[3]Prevention
Treatment
For generations, the disease was treated with an application of the antiseptic gentian violet.[5] Today, topical or oral antibiotics are usually prescribed. Treatment may involve washing with soap and water and letting the impetigo dry in the air. Mild cases may be treated with bactericidal ointment, such as fusidic acid, mupirocin, chloramphenicol or neosporin, which in some countries may be available over-the-counter. More severe cases require oral antibiotics, such as dicloxacillin, flucloxacillin or erythromycin. Alternatively amoxicillin combined with clavulanate potassium, cephalosporins (1st generation) and many others may also be used as an antibiotic treatment.Hydrogen peroxide is an alternative to topical antibiotics in the treatment of Impetigo. Ily's Operation
Iliana was born with 6 toes on her right foot, today at 11 months old, she has gone into Norfolk and Norwich Hospital to have it removed. http://www.nnuh.nhs.uk/
Today Ily after several postponements was going to have her sixth toe removed. Micheal left at 5.30am to make sure Ily got there for 7.30 as requested.
Ily went into theatre at about 8.45am and was in surgery for about an hour. The surgery was successful, and they got home about 2.00pm. Ily is absolutely fine is not acting as though anything has happened, she has a well bound up foot, and she has to go back next Tuesday for it to be looked at and possibly redressed.
Iliana Fearce
My 3rd Grandaugher and 4th Grandchild was born on the 13th April 2010, while i was on Pack Holiday, they were ordered to wait, my son Micheal and Tracy had a little girl Illiana Fearce, Illiana is named after a diamond and Fearce after Beyonce. Illiana is the daughter of Micheal and Tracy.

Bob had to collect me from Pack Holiday to take me to see Illiana, the day she was born.
Illiana was born with 6 toes on her left foot, she attended Norfolk and Norwich hospital at 2 months old and it will be operated on between her 6th and 12th month.

Within a week of leaving hospital Illiana was readmitted as she wasn't gaining weight it turns out Tracy was on medication that was affecting Illiana so she had to be bottle fed.

Illianas Weight
22nd April 2010
Ilianas birth weight was 3410gms (7lb 8oz) and on Day 6 she weighed 2990gms (6lb 5oz), which is 20gms below what they would like her to be, that is less than 1/4lb below weight. Day 9 and her weight is improving it is now 3040gms. On Day 10 she was weighed at 2930gms, but they checked her weight on some other scales and her weight was 3000gms, unfortunately it had gone down again slightly, but wasn't as bad as first time. Day 12 she had put on 120gms, weight 3120gms. Day 15 she weighed in at 6lb 11oz, which Micheal said means she put on slightly and they are happy with it, however my conversion is 3118gms
