Thank You
To my daughter, my angel, I gave you life
But you, my baby girl, gave me the will to survive
You made me strong, even when times got rough
You kept me thinking right, when things got rough, i love you
Thank you for the smiles, keeping me happy inside
Thank you for the laughter
Showing me that i can still smile.
You're not even 1 year old, and you have already saved me
That's why I do all I can to stand by you, baby
And maybe you don't even know, what you have done for me
Maybe that's just one reason why, you were sent to me, I thank you
All I can do to ever repay you is give you all my love
and always be here for you, my baby, I thank you
I hope that you can hear these words, are from my heart
I try to speak them clearly, I just want you to know
That I will always be there for my daughter
You saved my life, I thank you
To the women in my life, making me right
For the things you have done for me. You've saved my life
I know there is nothing I can do to repay you
I just want you to know I will be forever grateful
Thank you to the women in my life, making me right
For the things you have done for me, you've saved my life
I know there is nothing I can do, to repay you
I just want you to know, I will be forever grateful. Thank you
My dearest wife, the woman of my dreams, my queen
The only woman that I want, on my team
When we met I'll admit I was in a dark place
Then you came and lit up my life
With your face so beautiful you can never be replaced
and you were my life and I know that I can win this race
The taste of your lips keeps me warm and a kiss
And when your not here, everything about you, is what I miss
I thank you for giving me the strength, to be myself
And I thank you for the genuine concern for my health
For the selfless acts you do, to try and keep me happy
and the way you make me smile, everytime that you look at me
I Thank you
Your my woman my one and only wife from the moment I met you
No question my life is complete and for that I am so Thankful
My wife, you save my life. I Thank you
To the women in my life, Making me right
For the things you have done for me, you've saved my life

Thank you to the women in my life, making me right
For the things you have done for me, you've saved my life
I know there is nothing I can do to repay you
I just want you to know I will be forever grateful
Thank you
To my mother the woman who gave me life
Who stood by me all these years, no matter the sacrifice
I am sorry for you for all the crazy, that I did
I know I made it hard for you, the worst of your kids
I was violent I made you cry and from you I would steal
I know that Dad would give up on me but you never will
I am so sorry but I thank you for standing by me
The hardest thing in your life I don't know but probably
I thank you for the lengths you went through to raise me
You may not be the perfect woman but you did right by me
You made me strong, independent with a confidence to see
And to survive, you gave me the most almightiness of wills
The man I am today is a product of what you made
And because of what you did is why I am standing here today
For the way you raised me, I will always be thankful
You're my mother, you gave me life, I thank you.

Interesting day
An interesting start to the day, me and Bob had words last night and went to bed not on speaking terms, i was still mad this morning, but he decided to be tricky and used underhand methods to get round me.
We got up late and Bob decided as we needed to go launderette to go to complex and have a breakfast while it was washing, and just leaving on the way to the car i tripped up and went right down on to the floor, gosh it hurt, after Bob had helped me up, i was trembling and in shock and bloody sore, my outcome is my knees are quite bruised.
After breakfast Bob went work, i hung out the washing and then carried on stitching :)
Hana sent me Micheals song, Thank You about the women in his life it is lovely.
This afternoon we had Iliana, she was pretty well behaved, we went and sat on the prom and had chips.
This evening we watched Trespass

Not Impressed
Well I have had an interesting day today
not................................. I live in Norfolk and my son in
Banbury, he was supposed to bring his daughter (a product of a split
relationship) home today but overnight his girlfriends nan passed away
so he couldn't make it, so me and my husband agreed to do a round trip
to Banbury to collect his daughter, my husband works in a garage so we
had left and arrived at his garage about 5 miles away to fill up with
petrol, there he found he had forgotten he should be working this
morning, so I ended up going alone, now I hate driving just do it to get
from A to B, any long distance driving my hubby does, so I was
unprepared and left on the journey with no drink, no food and NO MONEY,
and no map. I had an awful journey well out of my comfort zone, please
note Norfolk has no motorways and I had to do some motorway travel. I
spent 8 hours travelling an horrendous journey. My son had loads of
calls, with me trying to get directions, my daughter had an hysterical
call with me shaking after surviving the M1.
Today is my wedding anniversary, we have been married 35 years and believe it or not I am not on speaking terms with him at the moment

What a day!
Bob collected Ili today at 9am to take her to Peterborough to meet Micheal, to spend the week with him, but on the way Hana parents car broke down on the A43 at Brackley with a broken fan belt, they called out the AA, by this time Bob was near Peterborough so he went to see his friend Adam. Problem was he had to get to work by 2pm. So it was obvious car wasn't going to get sorted on time, so Bob turned round and came home with Ili.
After giving Ili her lunch and having a sleep he took Ili to Jens for the afternoon on the way to work, and Jen looked after her this afternoon.
During the day had numerous phone calls, Kira was useless as she had been partying last night, had umpteen calls from Micheal, Jude was admitted to hospital for a check up.
I got home from work, did some sorting out and discovered Bob had not put up the cot, so tried to put it up, with the assistance of 4 adults of the Smith Clan to no avail, then Micheal rang and he talked me through putting it up.
In the meantime Ili just caused chaos where ever she ventured, Boy was i glad when she went to bed and i could collapse shattered.

Micheal and Hana
On Monday 11th July, it was Micheal and Hanas last day here, so we took a series of photos of them and Iliana.
Then on Tuesday 12th July 2012 we left to take Micheal to Banbury
At Peterborough we stopped at the Xtra services and had a McDonalds
We arrived in 3hrs 10mins about 11.30am, and enjoyed Sandwiches and cupcakes and a cup of tea made by Hanas Mum.
Hanas mum treated them to a new bed
We left about 12.30am.
I swore i wouldn't shed a tear but as we drove down the road, i started to fill up and shed a few tears.

To Stand To Blow and To Engage
Today I sat Ili in a box and she stood up for the first time on her own.
Today is Sophies 11th Birthday for her birthday we bought Sophie,
as she had guides we went down to Jens around 4pm to surprise Sophie on her birthday, we had a nice simple buffet tea.
Sophie had Guides on her birthday and went with her new Guide Bear I bought her.
Micheal today all of a sudden had heard that the Engagement ring he had ordered for Hana had arrived so he rushed off into Kings Lynn to get it, very much in secret (sssshhhhh although i guessed), and when he came back he banished Hana and cooked her a special candlelit meal, all very romantic.

Micheal
Micheal and Tracy split up on the 7th November 2010, but unfortunately, things have not improved, if anything they are getting worse. I have spent hours sitting with him in his room, and playing board games to keep him out of his room and take his mind off things. I have suggested seeing the GP, but he does not want to take anti depressants. I have suggested Samaritans, he doesn't want to talk to strangers about his problems, and there is nothing that they can do, he knows the problem and there is no solution! He wishes Ily hadn't been born, he can't cope with being a part time Dad, all he wants is a family, if i want to help i can get him a girlfriend. I am getting more and more concerned and anxious, he said it is now flowing into work and he will get the sack if things carry on like this.
Mike's Health
1996 started having cluster Migraines, symptoms were head pain, nausea, pain in left eye
November 1998
Bad back pain in lower spine (lower thorax (thoracic) area) diagnosed as Scheurmans Disease at hospital in
November.
Aug 1999 discharged from hospital assumed he would grow out of problem. Blood test revealed raised enzymes in blood usually caused by overactive bones
17 October 2000 had a fall in PE, hurt neck, went to see osteopath Dan who recommended visit to hosipital who said it was severe muscle spasm. Continued weeklyosteopath treatments.
16th November 2000 woke with pain in his side, nausea, difficulty breathing, went to see GP had thorough examination and water test.
25th January 2001 saw hospital consultant, took blood tests went for MRI scan all negative
Scheuermann's Disease
Scheuermann's disease is considered a form of juvenile osteochondrosis of the spine. It is found mostly in teenagers and presents a significantly worse deformity than postural kyphosis. Patients suffering with Scheuermann’s kyphosis cannot consciously correct their posture. The apex of their curve, located in the thoracic vertebrae, is quite rigid. The sufferer may feel pain at this apex, which can be aggravated by physical activity and by long periods of standing or sitting; this can have a significantly detrimental effect to their lives as their level of activity is curbed by their condition and they may feel isolated or uneasy amongst their peers if they are children, depending on the level of deformity. Also, the decreased level of height will emphasize body fat around the intestines, making the person with Scheuermann's kyphosis seem more heavy-set than normal. This can make children even more uneasy, with a possibility of being harassed by peers, since they appear to be "fatter" than other children. Whereas in postural kyphosis the vertebrae and disks appear normal, in Scheuermann’s kyphosis they are irregular, often herniated, and wedge shaped over at least three adjacent levels.
Even so, in the majority of cases, Scheuermann's Disease presents only very mild or no symptoms. The condition is not all that uncommon by medical standards, either; It has been proposed that 3-8% of the general population may be correctly classified as having the condition, and a great majority of those who have it were never officially diagnosed.
The seventh and tenth thoracic vertebrae are most commonly affected. It causes backache and spinal curvature. In very serious cases it may cause internal problems and spinal cord damage, but these cases are extremely rare. The curvature of the back decreases height, thus putting pressure on internal organs, wearing them out quicker than the natural aging process. A possibility of organ failure increases with long periods of time.
Scheuermann's disease is self-limiting after growth is complete, meaning that it generally runs its course and never presents further complication. Typically, however, once the patient is fully grown, the bones will maintain the deformity. For this reason, there are many treatment methods and options available that aim to correct the kyphosis while the spine is still growing, and especially aim to prevent it from getting any worse.
While there is no explanation for what causes Scheuermann's Disease, there are ways to treat it. For decades there has been a lot of controversy surrounding treatment options. For less extreme cases, manual medicine, physical therapy and/or back braces can help reverse or stop the kyphosis before it does become severe. Osteopathic manipulative medicine is also a viable treatment modality. Because the disease is often benign, and because back surgery includes many risks, surgery is usually considered a last resort for patients. However in severe or extreme cases sometimes patients may be treated through an extensive surgical procedure, in an effort to prevent the disease from worsening or harming the body.
In Germany, a standard treatment for both Scheuermann's disease and lumbar kyphosis is the Schroth method, a system of specialized physical therapy for scoliosis and related spinal deformities.[8] The method has been shown to reduce pain and decrease kyphotic angle significantly during an inpatient treatment program.
