Working out Daily Calories

Do this for a week... Every day, count the calories you are eating and then add them up at the end of the week, and then divide that number by 7.

Then you will get a number that indicates the average number of calories you eat per day.

Now take off 200-300 calories off every day and also do some exercise.

When you stop losing weight, take off another 200 calories.
