Stevens Medications

Steven has been put on the following antibiotics through his IV

Vancomycin INN (play /væŋkɵˈmsɨn/) is a glycopeptide antibiotic used in the prophylaxis and treatment of infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria. Vancomycin has traditionally been reserved as a drug of "last resort", used only after treatment with other antibiotics had failed.

Gentamicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, used to treat many types of bacterial infections, particularly those caused by Gram-negative organisms

Rifampicin (INN) (play /rɪˈfæmpəsɪn/) or rifampin (USAN) is a bactericidal antibiotic drug of the rifamycin group.[
