Day -1 (Sunday)

One more day to go.

Last night i purchased and downloaded

Power Promises WALKING Workout

Which is a walk support and workout program which appeals to me, this morning i figured out how to put it on my mobile (quite chuffed with myself), so now i have the program on my computer or phone, so i can listen to it where ever.

All the preparations are ready, i am ready to go, maybe i should start today instead........................

Breakfast





Porridge, Orange Juice

After church i came home to a surprise a lovely laid table, with flowers and wine and dinner ready.

Dinner

Chicken, New Pots, Veg, Gravy followed by Apple Pie and Custard with wine

Snack

Cappucino with 2 digestives:)

Dinner

Sausage sandwich
Fruit cake
