Made up lunchbox with - salad bag, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, beetroot, egg, new pots, pepper, radish, croutons and coleslaw with sprinkle of parmesan.

Dinner
Jacket Potato with olive oil
Grated cheese and baked beans
Salad - salad greens, tomato, cucumber, radish, onion, coleslaw, mayo.
It is now 8pm, i feel i should have my last snack before bed, however, i am not really hungry, but probably will be later, problems, problems.........................
do i stick to not eating unless hungry
do i stick to no eating within 3 hours of bed .............................. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm what to do
