Brownies in Bloom

A few weeks ago we held a competition in conjunction with Hunstanton in Bloom and the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, all the Brownies (that were present at that particular Brownie Meeting) designed a flower bed, the entries were sent to the Borough Council whose team judged them and chose a winner, this week we learned that the winning design was:-

The winner was given a laminated certificate

Then tonight the Brownies went down to the Lower Spinney to assist members of the Hunstanton in Bloom committee Pat and Lesley Richardson in planting the Brownie Bed

 

During the planting we were watched by a Mother Duck and her ducklings.

We then went back to the hall and enjoyed sweets that were given to us by Pat and Lesley Richardson.
