Driving in the general direction of home we saw the sign to Oundle and Bob said thats a nice little market town, lets stop for lunch, as we got closer i spotted the signs saying road closed, twice i told Bob and he obviously was in a world of his own and ignored me, then it was too late and we were on the road, and sure enough further up the road we reached the Road Closed, i did point out with glee that i had told him twice.
However, just before the Road Closed sign, there was Barnwell Country Park, it was really pretty so we stopped and partook of refreshments and commenced our second walk of the day.
