Bob and the Doctor

Yesterday Bob had a Doctors appointment after much bullying.  As for the past 3-4 weeks, has had difficulty breathing and has been coughing badly, for the past 4 days, has not eaten had no energy, difficulty breathing.

He saw Dr Sartaj Tyabji and he had his knuckles rapped for not attending for such along time, because of his Asthma.
Was told he had a Chest infection.
He was prescribed:-

Anti Biotics - Amoxicillin Capsules
Amoxicillin (INN), formerly amoxycillin (BAN), tormoxin (in India), amoxycillin (cilamox) in Australia,[1] abbreviated amox, is a moderate-spectrum, bacteriolytic, β-lactam antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms. It is usually the drug of choice within the class because it is better absorbed, following oral administration, than other β-lactam antibiotics.
Emergency  Inhaler - Ventolin 100MCG
Salbutamol (INN) or albuterol (USAN) is a short-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist used for the relief of bronchospasm in conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is marketed by GlaxoSmithKline as Ventolin, Aerolin or Ventorlin, depending on the market; by Cipla as Asthalin and Asthavent; by Schering-Plough as Proventil and by Teva as ProAir.
Salbutamol was the first selective β2-receptor agonist to be marketed — in 1968. It was first sold by Allen and Hanburys under the brand name Ventolin. The drug was an instant success, and has been used for the treatment of asthma ever since.[2]
Salbutamol sulfate is usually given by the inhaled route for direct effect on bronchial smooth muscle. This is usually achieved through a metered dose inhaler (MDI), nebulizer or other proprietary delivery devices (e.g. Rotahaler or Autohaler). In these forms of delivery, the maximal effect of salbutamol can take place within five to twenty minutes of dosing, though some relief is immediately seen. It can also be given orally as an inhalant or intravenously.
Regular Inhaler - Clenil Modulite 200MCG

Clenil modulite is a CFC-free inhaler that contains the active ingredient beclometasone dipropionate (previously spelt beclomethasone in the UK). This is a type of medicine known as a corticosteroid.
Corticosteroids are hormones that are produced naturally by the adrenal glands. They have many important functions, including control of inflammatory responses. Beclometasone is a synthetic corticosteroid and is used to decrease inflammation in the lungs. (NB. Corticosteroids are often simply called steroids, but it should be noted that they are very different from another group of steroids, called anabolic steroids, which have gained notoriety because of their abuse by some athletes and body builders.)
Bob didn't have to pay as he went online to get a season ticket for prescriptions.
He was also given an Asthma Clinic appointment in 2 weeks on the 15th April.
