Sunday Service

Todays service was conducted by Revd Mike McGill from Wells.

It started off with the reading Psalm 103

Psalm 103

Of David. ¹ Praise the LORD, my soul;
   all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
² Praise the LORD, my soul,
   and forget not all his benefits—
³ who forgives all your sins
   and heals all your diseases,
⁴ who redeems your life from the pit
   and crowns you with love and compassion,
⁵ who satisfies your desires with good things
   so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

Then the family talk was 6 people including Sophie were given different brushes ie, wire brush, paint brush, tooth brush, shoe brush, hair brush and pastry brush.
The illustration was that although we are all the same we are all different and serve God in different ways.

Then as Ruth has had an operation i took the children downstairs with Penny.
