Tenerife 2002

On the 15^th we flew to Tenerife for a weeks holiday,  we flew from Gatwick, and arrived late at night, collecting our hire car outside of the airport, and then going to the apartment which is in the Southern part of the Island, Los Gigantes, it was a fantastic apartment, with lovely views, very high up though.  The first day we explored the town we were staying at.

We visited the Lost Town of Masca, which was lovely, it used to be only accessed by the sea, by smugglers.

We went on a dolphin/whale watching cruise, we met Diane and Steven one day, we visited Loro Park, wildlife park which was fantastic, and saw a Dolphin show, with Diane and Steve.

The last day on Tuesday the 22^nd October, we visited Santa Cruz, where tragedy happened I had my bag stolen, complete with travel documents and passports.  I ended up going to the Police Station on my own and tried to report it with police who only spoke Spanish, it was a nightmare.

Eventually we got to the airport to find we had just missed the plane, eventually we had to buy other airline tickets, we got on a plane in the early hours, but had separate seats, I had no money and no food had not eaten since lunch I was so hungry.
Then we went home.
