Been a difficult week, on Tuesday I had lost 2lb, but have been quite ill, not been following my diet or been on the Wii.
What this week has done to me i don't know, i have had 3/4 tub Hagaan Daas and Fish and Chips, oh dear, i was terribly hungry.
I feel better now, ready to get back on track with my calorie counting, i dont feel ready yet to go on the Wii because i tire so so easily.
So today back on goes my pedometer, and back to counting calories.
I hope i haven't done too much damage.
