Bobs Health

Bob has had ongoing breathing issues, for about as long as he can remember.
As a child these were thought to be summer colds.
It was not until he was an adult that he felt that things were getting worse and went to the doctors to have things looked into. This resulted in a visit to Norfolk and Norwich Hospital for an allegy test.
The results found that he was allergic to a lot of common things. His summer colds were in fact allergy attacks.
Unfortunately, things eventually got worse, and he developed late term allergy induced asthma, which is agravated by acid reflux. Prior to the diagnosis for asthma, he was rushed into hospital with a suspected heart attack. Full blown chest pains, loss of co-ordination, breathlessness. Fortunately his heart was tested to be ok.
The doctors did suggest that it may have been working in London that aggrevated Bobs breathing issues, and caused the asthma, but there is no way to prove it one way or the other.
He had an operation to remove nasal polyps and to clear out the sinuses.
In the latter half of 2009, he developed a hernia, which was operated on in February 2010.
