I Injured my shoulder, pulled tendon in Gym, then fell and landed on the same shoulder in Express.
I saw Pamela Kendrick, Active Life Physiotherapy Centre, King's Lynn, Tom Ryan, GP, Hospital.
I had x ray, massage, ultra sound, manipulation
Diagnosed Subluxation (partial dislocation) and pulled tendon.
I had an excrutiatingly painful hydra cortozone injection.
October 15 2000
Pain in shoulder returned
October 17 2000 saw Dan at Averille Morgan's in Heacham
The pain is ongoing, i sometimes have difficulty lying down on the left, and that is difficult because that is my natural lying down side, carrying shopping can also be difficult, but for the most part i do cope.
