Trying to kick start my diet today and get back on track, the last time i tracked or did any exercise was the 1st April 2011, i have really not been well, but don't feel i can not go back even though i am still far from well.
This morning i did 15 minutes on Fitness Coach and put on my pedometer, i will have a weigh in tomorrow goodness knows what i will weigh!!
However, perhaps it isn't a good day to get back on track, as it is my 34th Wedding Anniversary!
