The Beginning

I am going to officially start the The 21-day Christian Fitness Program but over the past few days, I have gone through the book and worked out some diet guidelines and a list of foods as suggested in the book, but adapting it to my lifestyle.

I am introducting the diet today but will  officially start on Monday, the core of the diet is a Daily Journal which is what this blog will be,
